The basic salad made tastier by Maxwell's fresh ingredients! A generous portion of crisp lettuce topped with tons of fresh peppers, carrots, cucumbers, onions, mushrooms and hard-boiled eggs. Garnished with black olives, pepperoncinis and sprouts.
Maxi Salad
Try Maxwell's version of the Chef Salad! Believe it or not -- we take our already generous Garden Salad and top it with ham, turkey and fresh grated cheese
Spinach and Mushroom Salad
One of our most popular selections! Mounds of fresh spinach loaded with fresh mushrooms, and complemented with hard-boiled egg and Maxwell's Homemade Honey-Dijon Dressing.
Popeye Salad
The Popeye is aptly named! This giant begins with piles of fresh spinach, bacon, mushrooms and scallions; then we top it with hard-boiled egg, tomato, croutons and Maxwell's Homemade Creamy Cucumber Dressing.
Greek Salad
An incredibly flavorful combination! Fresh leaf lettuce, scallions and tomatoes, mixed with feta cheese, spiced olives, capers and anchovies and then topped with Maxwell's Homemade Garlic-Soy Dressing.

Here at Maxwell's we make our soups from scratch, and fill them with lots of fresh vegetables, spices and othe goodies that warm the tummy! Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups are available every day, and some like Maxwell's Chili are so hearty that they may cost a tad bit more.
